John Wyszczelski - Owner I President Since 1989, John has been the core of the business, he has been in the automotive industry since the age of 16, with 24 years of exposure and experience, he knows the industry and knows what our customers want. ln the beginning, he had worn many hats, he was the tow truck driver, the tow truck mechanic, the dispatcher, the accounts receivable manager, the accounts payable manager, the customer service rep, and any job in between that popped up to get the job done on a daily basis, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He has performed all job functions since the inception as one man, one truck operation. He has created each position born within the company, and designed the appropriate job tasks dedicated to each position in order to maintain a successful business. John has a complete automotive technician background, and stays abreast of the latest information and technology available to provide his customers with the best automotive repair experience he can provide. You will find John at the shop daily from 8-6 and 8-5 on Saturday, greeting and serving his customers on a personal level. He takes pride in personally knowing his customers and their needs. John Aiken - Co-owner John, previous to 1989, owned a one man, one truck towing operation as well, when he joined forces with John Wyszczelski to help accommodate and service the growing customer base he was facing. He merged with John W. in 1989 and together they built the towing division. John Aiken would become the primary manager of the Towing Division, and John Wyszczelski would supervise the automotive repair division. Many of you have met John Aiken, as he is the senior driver as well. He answers the 24-hour service lines after the office closes at 6pm, making sure our customers get the individual attention they deserve, instead of waiting in line for an answering service. John is a native of Sylvania, residing in Toledo.
Jammie Neubert - Dispatcher / Office Assistant Jammie has been with J & J for 9 years. She has a proven record of customer satisfaction, as well as an obvious dedication to our business. She continually goes out of her way to help anyone she can, whether it is driver, a customer, a fellow employee, and even a lost stranger stopping in for direction. She truly cares about the future of the company, which shows in her work daily. Her multiple task position can sometimes be rather challenging, but she always manages to pull thru in a professional, courteous manner, and our customers enjoy her. Jammie has been known to get few jokes played on her now and again, because she is so well liked by everyone! She has a great sense of humor; she always walks away with a friendly smile. Jammie, her 2 children, and her husband Danny reside in Toledo.
